Let’s spice it up this summer!

In this issue, the focus is on the Artisans in the global Caribbean community – the reason we named it the Artisans Issue. We want to introduce you to a few of the artisanal Caribbean spices from chefs, cooks, recipe creators, and entrepreneurs who took the leap to start their own food product companies.

We have selected entrepreneurs like Chef Tamara Deguerre of Perfect Blends Kitchen, Howard Allen of Maroon Sausage Company, Chef Jeannette Marcelle of Handmade by Jeannette, Myrlande St. Louis of It’s Mami’s, and Tshiomara Joseph with Mama’s West Indian Spice. We welcome you to support these brands for they are truly artisanal.
